Driver Manager – Colorado Springs, CO
Build, Support, and Grow a Successful Driver Team

In this role, you will directly influence fleet growth and long‑term driver success by managing the driver lifecycle from first contact through ongoing retention.

What You’ll Do as a Driver Manager:
Lead Driver Recruitment
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract qualified transportation professionals
- Set clear recruitment goals and actively work to meet or exceed targets
Manage Outreach & Engagement
- Execute creative outreach initiatives to connect with high‑quality driver candidates
- Communicate promptly and professionally with applicants to ensure a positive experience
Oversee Hiring & Onboarding
- Conduct information sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide candidates through the full process, from initial inquiry through onboarding and vehicle assignment
Track Progress & Reporting
- Maintain accurate applicant and driver records within the tracking system
- Provide leadership with regular updates, insights, and performance reports
Support Retention & Collaboration
- Partner closely with retention and operations teams to promote smooth onboarding and long‑term driver satisfaction
- Build strong, productive relationships with drivers and office staff
- Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment and assist with special projects as needed
What You Bring as a Driver Manager:
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, account management, or a related field (preferred)
- A self‑motivated, goal‑oriented approach to work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Dependability, initiative, and a high level of professionalism
