Transportation Cashier/Admin

zTrip—America’s largest taxi service—is seeking a Transportation Cashier/Admin to support our Dulles operations. In this role, you’ll assist drivers, handle payments, maintain accurate financial records, and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

• Assist drivers with account questions, balances, and payments
• Accurately process daily receipts, vouchers, and transactions
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date financial and administrative records
• Update driver information, vouchers, and internal databases
• Prepare billing documents and support general office operations
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, faxing, and data entry
• Answer incoming calls and provide backup assistance to dispatch when needed
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
