- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire services, fluid checks, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a wide variety of vehicles
- Replace worn or faulty parts such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension components
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure all vehicles are road-ready and compliant
- Maintain accurate service records and logs
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
- Collaborate with the team to ensure vehicles are repaired and returned to service quickly and efficiently
- Proven experience as an automotive or fleet mechanic
- Solid knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance practices
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to vehicle safety and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
