Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies
- Define program roadmap, milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
- Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction
- Drive Agile/Hybrid execution frameworks across engineering and IT teams
2. Stakeholder Management
- Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and engineering heads
- Act as the primary escalation point for program risks and issues
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and PLM implementation
3. PLM Strategy & Digital Transformation
- Define and execute PLM strategy aligned with Industry 4.0 and Digital Thread initiatives
Lead implementation/enhancement of:
- Product Data Management (PDM)
- Change & Configuration Management
- BOM Management (eBOM, mBOM, sBOM)
- Requirements & Systems Engineering (MBSE, SysML)
- Drive adoption of Digital Twin, Simulation (MBD), and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE)
4. Technical & Solution Oversight
- Provide architectural oversight for PLM solutions (3DX, Teamcenter, integrations)
