1. Program Leadership & Delivery
Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies
Define program roadmap, milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives
Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Drive Agile/Hybrid execution frameworks across engineering and IT teams
2. Stakeholder Management
Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and engineering heads
Act as the primary escalation point for program risks and issues
Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
Ensure alignment between business strategy and PLM implementation
3. PLM Strategy & Digital Transformation
Define and execute PLM strategy aligned with Industry 4.0 and Digital Thread initiatives
Lead implementation/enhancement of:
Product Data Management (PDM)
Change & Configuration Management
BOM Management (eBOM, mBOM, sBOM)
Requirements & Systems Engineering (MBSE, SysML)
Drive adoption of Digital Twin, Simulation (MBD), and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE)
4. Technical & Solution Oversight
Provide architectural oversight for PLM solutions (3DX, Teamcenter, integrations)
