Title: Embedded / Firmware Test Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Both Full-Time & Contract


Required Skills

Test Automation & Programming

  • Proficiency in C#, experience with test automation frameworks & execution tools
  • Data Acquisition (DAQ) & SCADA Concepts:
  • Understanding of SCADA systems and real-time monitoring
  • Ability to work with sensor data, voltage/current signals, and hardware inputs


Data Visualization & Analysis:

  • Experience in data representation using graphs/charts
  • Ability to interpret trends, anomalies, and pass/fail conditions
  • Familiarity with logging, reporting, and result analysis


Embedded / System Testing:

  • Experience in firmware or embedded system testing
  • Understanding of hardware-software interaction
  • Experience with programmable instruments (power supplies, DAQ modules)
  • Familiarity with communication/control protocols (VISA, USB, UART, SPI, etc.)
