What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and minimizing production downtime by troubleshooting and repairing a wide variety of industrial systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley experience preferred)
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability
- Work closely with production and maintenance personnel to resolve equipment issues
- Follow all plant safety policies while contributing to a strong safety culture
- Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have experience maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment and who enjoy solving technical problems.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Allen-Bradley controls experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Commitment to safe work practices
