What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at ZSG?
- Compete assigned work orders and checklists for the day, and document work performed using the internal documentation process.
- Rapidly respond to urgent (prioity1) calls to address issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot to Identify electrical and mechanical issues by using test equipment (meters, meggers, etc.) and repair issues with all equipment (production, facilities, auxiliary, etc.)
- Create and process urgent work orders when assigned.
- Attend daily assigned meetings to assist in identifying priorities for the day.
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis when involved in the associated failure.
- Repair and/or replace defective electrical or mechanical equipment.
- Assist in identifying parts for repairs.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and equipment modification projects.
- Document all modifications made to equipment during repairs (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, etc.).
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
