What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Maintenance Instrumentation Technician position at ZSG?
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and GMP requirements.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, calibration of instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing control systems consisting of PLC’s and I/0 wiring, VFD’s, computer controls, HMI interfaces to minimize downtime.
- Make minor code changes to automated equipment to meet customer requirements and document changes.
- Document and maintain revisions to existing automated systems and maintain appropriate PLC, and computer software/hardware information.
- Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary : $85,000 - $105,000
