What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Maintenance Tech position at ZSG?
- Ensure all work meets company safety standards by leading safe practices, driving risk reduction efforts, supporting incident investigations
- Support plant operations through corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Create, modify and close work orders in CMMS along with ensuring accurate documentation of labor and parts allocation
- Provide maintenance support for capital projects while working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, effective execution and strong communication across shifts and departments
- Maintain the condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools
- Lead, assist and complete grounds and facility maintenance as needed
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools to identify emerging equipment issues
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
