Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and manage serving limits accordingly
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS for efficient order entry and payment processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts seamlessly
- Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming environments
- Previous experience in food handling, serving, or bartending within the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper alcohol serving procedures
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions
- Experience working in fast-paced environments is highly desirable
