Duties

- Operate POS systems for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
- Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with sanitation regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or ordering.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest IDs and adhering to legal drinking age requirements.
- Contribute to a lively atmosphere by engaging with guests during peak hours and special occasions.
