Landscape & Hardscape Sales Representative — ZS Exteriors
Full-Time | W-2 | Manassas, VA / Northern Virginia
ZS Exteriors is hiring an experienced Landscape & Hardscape Sales Representative. We provide leads — no cold calling required.
LANDSCAPING & HARDSCAPING SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. You must have experience estimating and selling everything from smaller cleanups, mulching, and planting jobs to larger projects like patios, retaining walls, drainage, and outdoor renovations.
You are responsible for managing the projects you sell, from the initial estimate through completion. This includes coordinating with crews, managing materials and schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed correctly and profitably.
You must be extremely organized and tech-savvy. We rely heavily on Jobber, ChatGPT, AI tools, digital checklists, photos, videos, and CRM systems. You must be comfortable learning and using technology daily.
The position also includes selling Christmas light installations during the holiday season. We provide training for this service.
Compensation
Guaranteed base salary PLUS commission:
- $0–$500K in sales: 1.5%
- $500K–$1M in sales: 2%
- Above $1M in sales: 3%
$1 Million Bonus: Sell $1 million within 365 days and receive a bonus that brings your total commission on the first $1 million to 3% ($30,000 total commission), plus your base salary.
