Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals for landscape maintenance, construction, and snow services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial clients, property managers, and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to drive profitable growth and foster a culture of success.
- Oversee marketing initiatives, including social media, website presence, and results-based campaigns to increase company visibility and revenue.
- Collaborate with vendors to improve SEO and digital marketing efforts.
- Develop proposals, submit bids, and deliver presentations to support sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing feedback to company leadership.
- Work closely with field operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize technology and MS Office applications to manage sales activities, forecasting, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer and prospect interactions.
- Support the development and adherence to departmental budgets and strategic plans.
- At least three (3) years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and developing new business.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and general computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel to client sites as needed.
- Ability to work both outdoors and in an office environment, with exposure to varying weather conditions and job site environments.
