Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator (Contract, Hybrid)

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring team. In this contract role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience while keeping recruiting operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, managing complex scheduling needs
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on scheduling and logistics
- Manage calendars, meeting invites, and virtual/in-person interview setup
- Track candidate progress in the ATS and maintain accurate records
- Assist with offer coordination and onboarding logistics as needed
- Help improve recruiting processes and workflows for efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 3 year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (high-volume scheduling preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday is a plus)
Work Environment
- Hybrid: 1 day onsite per week, remainder remote
- Collaborative, supportive recruiting team
