We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in making sure products are packed and shipped accurately and efficiently.
The Fulfillment Associate will support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving inventory, preparing shipments, organizing products, and assisting with inventory management.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and check in inventory from UPS, FedEx, and trucking companies
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Pack customer orders and prepare shipments for distribution
- Strap and secure large items to pallets for freight shipments
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory levels and storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Use basic computer skills for email communication and spreadsheet updates
- Climb a six-foot ladder to stock and retrieve inventory safely
