Oracle Accounts Receivable Implementation Lead
Switch is modernizing its core operations, and this role will lead the design, implementation, and testing of Oracle Fusion ERP. In the first year, you’ll focus on rolling out key modules that streamline processes and build the foundation for growth. Beyond implementation, you’ll shape how Switch uses ERP to drive innovation, efficiency, and smarter decisions.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
• Design and configure subscription billing, invoicing, cash application, collections and related workflows within Fusion.
• Partner with Data Center Services in integrating Fusion with SalesForce, which drives invoicing, inclusive of new services, amendments, renewals, and decommissions.
• Partner with General Accounting to ensure ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance and to support monthly/quarterly close processes tied to subscription revenue.
• Partner with Finance to develop dashboards for subscription KPIs (ARR, churn, renewal rates).
• Provide training and documentation for subscription management processes.
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years billing/revenue management experience inclusive of cash application and collections experience.
• Oracle Subscription Management expertise.
• SalesForce CRM experience.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or IT. CPA preferred.
