Manufacturing Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all production activities, including CNC machines and assembly lines, to ensure efficient, high-quality, and on-time delivery of products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITI
ES:• Ensures on-time delivery and drives standard lead times to best-in-class measures without compromising quali
ty.• Leads day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet productivity, safety, and quality goa
ls.• Coordinates and oversees CNC machines and assembly line operations, including the use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipme
nt.• Responsible for utility and equipment maintenance, repair, and manageme
nt.• Manages production flow, lean, and continuous improvement initiatives resulting in cost reductions, increased throughput, and efficiency while maintaining quali
ty.• Enforces safety protocols and conducts regular safety inspections to maintain a secure working environment for all team membe
rs.• Trains and mentors production staff on equipment operation, assembly procedures, and proper use of hand and power too
ls.• Collaborates with the team to troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure machinery is operating optimal
ly.• Monitors production metrics and KPIs, prepare reports, and implements process improvements to enhance productivity and quality standar
ds.• Partners with Design & Engineering to ensure design and production are aligned. Suggests modifications where appropria

EXPERIE
NCE:• Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment in a supervisory r
ole.• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipm
ent.• Warehouse experience, including forklift operation certification, is highly desira
ble.• Familiarity with factory safety protocols and OSHA regulati
ons.• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of production work
ers.• Proven experience managing assembly lines, manufacturing processes, and inventory management syst
ems.
QUALIFICAT
IONS:• An Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field is prefe
rred.• 5 years of manufacturing leadership experi
ence.• Experience leading teams in a production environ
ment.• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement princi
ples.• Experience in assembly, packaging, custom manufacturing, or related indust
ries.• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementa
tion.• Experience with KPIs, production metrics, and labor plan
ning.• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environ
ment.• Strong communication and leadership sk
ills.• ERP/MRP experience preferred. SOP development, process documentation, and structured operating systems (EOS/Traction a p
lus).• Hands-on leadership style with strong floor pres
ence.
