Main Duties:
- Greeting clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team
- Primary phone operator / receptionist
- First line of help to any inbound call, route to appropriate personnel as needed or take very
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and email and in person
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Schedule appointments
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
- Process credit card payments / customer invoicing
- Create and keep organized paperwork for Zoresco processes
- Perform special projects as needed
- Contribute to overall administrative personnel functions
- Teamwork skills in collaborating on interdepartmental tasks and administrative projects
- Other duties as assigned
