Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies regarding sanitation practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, particularly in a Fine dine environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with cash register operations is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
