We run a growing mobile grooming operation across Rockland and Bergen County, and this role is at the center of it.
About the role
This is not just scheduling.
You’ll be managing the day-to-day flow of the business. Schedules, routes, client communication, and making sure everything is running the way it should.
When this role is done well, the entire operation runs better.
What your day looks like
- Building and adjusting daily schedules using MoeGo
- Communicating with clients by text, phone, and email
- Helping pet owners choose the right services based on breed, coat, and timing
- Working with groomers to keep routes efficient and on schedule
- Handling reschedules, confirmations, and notes
- Supporting light in-person tasks like towel drop-offs, supply runs, and quick van checks

Schedule & setup
