The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the AEROSPACE MANUFACTURING through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage quality throughout the PCBA manufacturing lifecycle.
- Oversee supplier quality, audits, and corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
- Serve as the primary quality interface with customers.
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Support product transfer and insourcing initiatives.
- Assist with repair station implementation and compliance.
- Support quality functions across additional HUT business units.
Required Qualifications
- Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage quality throughout the PCBA manufacturing lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering degree or technical background.
- Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience.
- Experience with AS9100, FAA, or TSO environments.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
