As our HVAC Service Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our service department, ensuring that every technician is supported, trained, and set up for success. Your day will involve reviewing KPIs, conducting performance check-ins, mentoring new team members, and setting the tone for excellence across the board. You'll collaborate directly with upper management to improve morale and create a culture of accountability, growth, and respect. Having experience in HVAC troubleshooting, conflict resolution skills, and a strong sense of moral integrity are all big pluses. This is a full-time HVAC Service Manager position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
