Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Student Service Representative to join Zoni Language Centers in a full-time, in-person role. As a Student Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout their learning journey. Responsibilities include engaging with students, responding to inquiries, providing comprehensive information about our programs, assisting with the registration process, and contributing to an exceptional student experience.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in education or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency (fluency in multiple languages is a plus)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Customer service-oriented with a commitment to student satisfaction
