We're seeking strong, capable, punctual and dedicated Landscape / Gardeners who shares our passion for excellence in the landscape
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain healthy gardens by providing proper care, trimming & pruning
- Install new plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers with attention to their health and growth needs
- Capable of following directions from Supervisor / Team Leader and work towards completion of these tasks with little oversight
- Provide exceptional detail to landscape care, design and overall property cleanliness
- Uphold company standards of service and contribute to the overall aesthetic and health of every property
- Communicate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed according to customer needs & expectations
- Perform labor tasks outdoors in varying and unfavorable weather conditions
- Physically capable of performing daily labor tasks (bending, kneeling, squatting standing) for 8 hours and lifting / pulling up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to float between garden maintenance & landscape installation duties
- MUST HAVE CLEAN / VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and reliable transportation
Qualifications:
- Passion for plants, nature, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver high-quality work
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- 2 years experience in landscape and / or detailed gardening preferred BUT WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment
