We’re growing and looking for someone who knows how to build relationships and drive new business the right way.
This role focuses on developing new maintenance contracts, managing a strong pipeline, and building long-term client relationships across your territory.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, develop, and close new landscape maintenance contracts
- Conduct site walks and assess client needs
- Build and manage an active sales pipeline
- Create professional, value-based proposals
- Represent the company across South Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota
- Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Aspire
- Collaborate with operations and estimating teams for proper scoping
- Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Landscaping or property management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of maintenance services is a plus
- CRM experience (Aspire preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
