**This position is only available in Colorado, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina. This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area.
Job responsibilities:
- Please note this position requires extensive travel (50%-75%) within the USA based on customers' needs
- ManageEngine tools to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationship with selected accounts
- Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFP’s as well as the support teams for any customer escalations
- Responsible for the revenue output
- Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST)
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role
- Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts
Salary and Benefits:
The starting salary for this position is $115,000 plus commission. Zoho, the parent company of ManageEngine, offers competitive and compelling benefits, including generous medical, dental, and vision coverage, employer-sponsored 401k, generous PTO, among other perquisites.
