Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quota for Enterprise SaaS; Deliver against defined revenue and ARR targets
- Hunter mindset – driven to find new logos and consistently grow the business
- Generate new leads by effectively utilizing multiple channels including cold calls, referrals, events, emails, networking, social media, etc.
- Build and manage opportunity pipeline; Research prospects and follow-up on all leads
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing teams to improve lead flow and quality
- Learn to position, its benefits and how it addresses customer needs, differentiating the product from the competition, and focusing value delivered
- Conduct platform demonstrations as needed to increase prospect interest.
- Develop and present proposals to prospects
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Manage the entire sales cycle from demand creation, customer engagement to contract. Ensure internal CRM systems are updated
Candidate Profile – Experience and desired competencies
- 3 yrs of experience with proven track record of success in SaaS Selling
- Automation Testing platform sales background(Preferred)
- Follow industry trends; Grasp of competitors’ services and range of solutions
- CRM tool/platform understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting
- Energetic, Aggressive, Tech Savvy, Self driven and highly motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
- Collaborative Team player
