We are currently hiring an LPN / LVN (Long Term Care) for a 13-week assignment at a well-established Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Utica, New York.
Position Details
- Location: Utica, NY
- Facility: Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
- Specialty: Long Term Care (LTC)
- Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
- Start Date: August 31, 2026
- Shift: Evening, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Every other weekend required

Compensation
Travel Pay
WEEKLY PAY BREAKDOWN

W2 Hourly Rate (Taxable): $16.00
Weekly Taxable Pay: $600.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1050.00

Local Pay
- $35.00/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Care setting.
- Float within the same building as needed.
- Care for residents with conditions including:
- Dementia
- Memory Care
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Orthopedic conditions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience.
- Prior travel experience required for travel candidates.
- Active New York LPN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Active NURSYS License Verification.
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR.
- Updated resume reflecting LTC and travel experience.
- Driver's license with current address.
- Skills checklist matching specialty.
- RTO must be submitted with your application.
