Job Description:
- This role is focused on the procurement and management of outside maintenance and technical service providers supporting plant operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and negotiating agreements for:
- Maintenance contractors
- Equipment repair services
- Calibration and testing services
- Facilities and utility services
- Reliability and specialty technical services
- Turnaround/outage support vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, required.
- 3 years of procurement experience focused on service contracts
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience managing statements of work (SOWs), service agreements, and vendor performance
- Ability to work closely with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and Project teams
- Experience driving service quality, cost savings, and supplier accountability
