Contracts Administrator – Vehicle Development ProgramsWe are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support our vehicle development and engineering programs. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of complex contracts, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and protection of company interests.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and administer agreements including SOWs, MSAs, NDAs, ED&D quotations.Review and negotiate high-value purchase orders (HDMA ADC), ensuring compliance with cost, terms, and timelines.Manage contracts related to Engineering Design & Development and in-vehicle software development, safeguarding company IP.Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze and reduce vehicle development costs.Utilize SAP ECC, Ariba, and internal L2 approval workflows to process contracts and POs.Maintain accurate documentation that adheres to legal and company standards.Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to resolve contractual issues.Provide guidance on contract interpretation and ensure policy compliance.Qualifications5 years of Contract Administration experience or a Bachelor’s degree.Strong negotiation skills involving high-dollar contracts.Experience with SAP ECC, Ariba, and contract approval workflows.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.PreferredKnowledge of contract law, automotive parts, and tooling.Experience in the automotive or engineering sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Company DescriptionZobility (RGBSI), is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our clients and employees.
