CYCLE COUNT LEAD (SAP required)
The Cycle Count Lead is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of inventory through a structured cycle count program within a manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role coordinates daily cycle counting activities, investigates inventory variances, and maintains alignment between physical inventory and KDC SAP system records and P&G SAP inventory. The position works closely with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support operational reliability, inventory accuracy, and audit readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute daily cycle counting activities across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Ensure adherence to the cycle count schedule based on ABC inventory classification.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
- Problem solves any missing pallet issue analyzing and tracking the history of the material in SAP and in the Warehouse
- Verify correct material quantities, identification, and bin locations in SAP.
- Ensure materials are stored in the proper warehouse locations and accurately reflected in the system.
- Verifies Chep pallets inventory and communicates it to the supply chain planner
- Coordinate cycle counting teams and assign daily tasks.
- Performs a daily inventory check of no consumables and reach out to vendors as needed
- Detects and reconditions any damaged Finished Goods or raw materials pallet.
- Conduct warehouse audits to verify system-to-floor inventory alignment.
- Identify and correct issues such as orphan pallets, blocked aisles, and misplaced materials.
- Leads a monthly IRA wall‑to‑wall physical inventories to verify the inventory accuracy for P&G.
SAP Inventory Management Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor cycle count transactions within SAP (MM / WM / IM modules).
- Process inventory adjustments according to company approval procedures.
- Run SAP inventory reports to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation, COGI cleanup, and over‑consumption analysis.
- Support goods receipt, goods issue, bin transfers, and inventory adjustments as required.
Inventory Governance & Compliance
- Maintain inventory accuracy targets (typically 98–99% ).
- Ensure RF scanning compliance for all material movements.
- Support GMP and internal audit standards for inventory control.
- Partner with supervisors and production teams to prevent material shortages and delays.
- Promote process discipline and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of warehouse or inventory control experience.
- Experience performing cycle counts in a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory management systems.
- Experience with RF scanning systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
