What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Data Analyst position at ZO Skin Health, Inc.?
Oversee creation, maintenance, and deletion of master data across key domains — products (SKUs, variants), customers (DTC B2B), vendors, pricing, employees and channels.
Define, enforce, and monitor data standards, policies, and workflows (naming conventions, data definitions, business rules, etc.)
Partner with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Regulatory, R&D, Marketing, and Finance to understand data needs and ensure alignment across systems.
Act as a liaison between business users & technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into clean, scalable data structures.
Identify and escalate recurring data entry issues to Finance, Sales, Customer Support & Supply chain to ensure data integrity. Work closely with the BI team to align data structures with reporting needs.
Assist with integrations and data flows between key platforms ensuring harmonization across platforms & environments.
Serve as the subject matter expert for master data-related changes (e.g., promotions, new product launches, pricing updates, customer segmentation) and their operational impact.
As a key member of the BI team partner on data validation for dashboards and reports. Conduct regular audits and exception reporting to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
Develop and maintain SOPs and data dictionaries data lineage documentation to support training, adoption, and compliance.
