Job Title: Showroom Sales Representative (Cabinet & Home Improvement)

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Showroom Sales Representative to join our team. This position is based in our showroom and focuses on assisting customers with cabinet and home improvement solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in cabinet sales or home improvement sales and enjoys working directly with customers to provide excellent service. Design skills can be trained for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and scheduled appointments in the showroom

• Consult with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and project goals

• Prepare cabinet or home improvement design layouts and drawings (training provided)

• Present product options, materials, and customization solutions

• Follow up with customers, answer questions, and support the sales process from start to finish

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet sales, kitchen & bath, or home improvement sales is preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn design software and product knowledge (training provided)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up with customers effectively

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong service mindset

Language Skills (Preferred)

• Chinese or Spanish language skills are a strong plus
