What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher / Business Contact / Operations Manager - $30 per hour position at ZKDS Inc.?
ZKDS Inc. is a FedEx Ground contractor looking for an enthusiastic, team player to manage and oversee delivery drivers. FedEx experience is required!
Approximate hours are 8 am to 5 pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Business Contact
- Manage delivery drivers during loadout and while on route
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet
- Scheduling
- Interact and communicate with FedEx personnel
- Assist in recruitment of delivery drivers
- Deliver when needed and ensure routes are covered
- Use company provided device for routing information, customer delivery information.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
- Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
- Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Basic Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- 2 years of FedEx P&D delivery experience
- Prior BC experience is required
