We are currently expanding our Field Service team and hiring a Slot Machine Field Service Technician based in the Southwest.
What will your challenge be?
As a Field Service Technician, you will ensure our gaming equipment is properly installed, maintained, and fully operational across various field locations. You will be a key technical representative of Zitro on-site, supporting customers and ensuring optimal performance of our products.
What will you do Day-to-Day?
- Install and upgrade gaming equipment at customer locations
- Configure hardware and software after installation
- Perform routine maintenance and technical servicing
- Test equipment and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Document installations, repairs, and service activities
- Maintain tools and equipment used during field service
- Train customers on proper use of equipment
- Manage inventory and stock of replacement parts
What are we looking for in you?
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of technical slot machine experience preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in computer networking, systems, or applications
- Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Hands-on ability with hand tools and power tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, software)
- Willingness to travel and work with flexible shifts
- Valid driver’s license ability to pass background, DMV, and gaming license checks
- Midwest candidate must be located near a major airport
