Job Summary:
The Senior Field Service Technician provides technical leadership and operational oversight for field service activities within the assigned market. This role ensures efficient coordination, quality standards, and adherence to company policies while fostering a collaborative environment among technicians.
What You Get to Do (Duties/Responsibilities):
· Assigns tasks and provides directions to Field Services Technician to ensure alignment with operational priorities.
· Monitors progress on installations, maintenance, and repair activities, offering guidance and troubleshooting support as needed.
· Maintains awareness of all scheduled work, events, and changes, ensuring timely communication to the team and management.
· Reviews and approves time-off requests from technician. Serves as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
· Coordinates with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
· Oversees compliance with safety protocols and company procedures during all field operations.
· Provides mentorship and training to technicians, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
· Maintains accurate documentation of work performed, schedules, and resource allocation.
· Fosters a collaborative environment through consistent communication and team engagement.
· Involves Bonfire construction on any drop assistance for any standard drop installation.

Experience: 7 years
Education: High School Diploma and a 2-4 year Electronic Degree
What’s In It for You?
Base Pay: $32.00-$37.00/hour
Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay 10% annually based on performance.
