What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Photographer position at Ziprent?
About Us:
Ziprent, a remote property management company, is looking for qualified and responsible Photographers with experience in Real Estate Photography within the following areas:
· Omaha Nebraska and surrounding areas
Important Note: We are just starting our rental market in the Omaha area. Assignments will currently be limited and on an as-needed basis but increase opportunities are expected over time as the market grows.
Responsibilities:
- Accept and respond quickly to listing appointment requests via email
- Submit a minimum of 15-30 professionally edited, high quality photos of interior/exterior of property (including any property amenities) and details of lockbox installation within 24 hours of listing appointment
- Willing to pick-up smart electronic lockboxes for installation from properties within a minimum 35 miles from the listing appointment property. Change batteries (provided by Ziprent) on all electronic lockboxes prior to installation.
- Willing to install electronic and classic lockboxes document and test all keys during listing appointment and place in appropriate lockboxes
- Willing to complete initial walkthrough and submit full report of property condition to document any issues and property condition.
- 360 Camera or equipment to complete 3D Matterport Tours
- Submit invoices and accept payment by ACH direct deposit
- Rates to be Negotiated in $225 - $300 range for all listing appointment services including 3D Matterport Tour. (Average prop size 1,000-1,500 sqft)
- This is a 1099 contract position that requires invoice submission a maximum of once every 2 weeks
Required:
Real estate photography portfolio, photography equipment, a valid drivers license, availability for multiple photoshoots per week, flexibility regarding travel distance, and excellent communication skills.
Good to have:
Experience and/or knowledge of FHA laws and housing compliance including, CO detectors, smoke alarms, heating/AC, a keen eye for detail, tech-savvy, landlord/tenant laws.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have a valid drivers license reliable vehicle, clean background, professional demeanor, experience with Real Estate Photography, and strong written communication skills.
