Real Estate Media Field Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday availability required
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week
Must live within hiring radius: Omaha, Elkhorn, Bennington, Millard, Gretna, Papillion/La Vista, Bellevue, or Council Bluffs
Reliable vehicle required

We are hiring a coachable, service-driven, and positive professional to join our growing real estate media team in the Omaha area.

This is not just a photography job. This role represents our brand in the field. You will work directly with agents and homeowners, capture high-quality listing media, and help deliver a smooth, professional, and enjoyable client experience.

No prior real estate photography experience is required. Personality, attitude, and willingness to learn matter far more than technical background.

Schedule & Availability

• Monday–Friday availability required
• Approximately 15 hours per week
• Work occurs during daytime business hours
• Travel within the Omaha metro and surrounding areas is required
• Flexibility and reliability are essential

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled appointments
• Capture interior and exterior listing media using a structured process
• Represent our company professionally with agents and homeowners
• Take direction and apply feedback to improve performance
• Upload media after each shoot (no editing required)
• Provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience

Compensation & Growth Path

• Paid training at $15/hour
• Standard photoshoots start at $25 per unit (each unit = 60 minutes of on-site time)
• Drone-certified rate: $30 per unit
• Video and additional services vary based on project scope
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.30/mile
