Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Omaha, NE, with the opportunity to perform some tasks remotely. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, provide excellent customer service, conduct property showings, and negotiate sales contracts. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on real estate market trends, building strong client relationships, and maintaining compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Proficiency in technology and tools used in the real estate industry
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
