Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Omaha, NE, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process, including property showings, market research, pricing strategies, offers, negotiations, and contract execution. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, responding to leads, maintaining regular communication with current and potential clients, and delivering a high level of customer service. The role involves preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and collaborating with lenders, title companies, and other partners to ensure smooth closings. The Real Estate Agent will also stay informed about local market trends, attend team meetings and trainings, and use company tools and technology to manage listings, contacts, and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Nebraska, or eligibility and commitment to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
- Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including understanding of local market conditions, contracts, and transaction processes.
- Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset, including responsiveness, clear communication, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals (real estate or related field).
- Comfort with technology tools such as CRM systems, MLS platforms, electronic signatures, and virtual meeting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions at once.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, including a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends as needed.
