Position Title: Finance Manager – Corporate Finance

Base Salary: $82,500 to $137,500 annually DOE

Job Summary

AsamemberoftheFinanceteam,The Finance Manager – Corporate Financewillbeintegralinefficientlyscalingafast-growingcompany.The Finance Manager willbuilddetailedfinancialmodelsandperformanalysestosupportawiderangeofstrategicgrowthand operational initiatives. This role will be empowered with visibility to the entire organization, which provides a unique opportunity to develop insights that will meaningfully impact our business. The successful candidate will be a team player who possesses strong analytical and modeling skills and enjoys solving complex business problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Financial Performance & Analysis

·Provide leadership team and parent company with monthly financial and metric results with variance explanations.

·Consolidate team forecasts and coordinate submissions to align with the parent company's finance calendar.

·Manage the financials of Ziply Fiber's subsidiaries and its joint venture with Network FiberCo.

·Support financial modeling for long-range planning and forecasting purposes.

·Serve as the finance generalist for the team.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Partnership

·Partner with Accounting team in developing relevant and timely financial reporting for business leaders.

·Cultivate and sustain effective working relationships across the company.

Strategic Planning & Investment Evaluation

·Collaborate with leadership to drive annual planning process including five-year plan, operating budget, capital budget, and company strategy.

·Assess ROI for capital expenditures and other business investments.

Judgement & Information Stewardship

·Manage sensitive information and exercise excellent judgement and discretion.

Other Duties

·Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.

Required Qualifications:

·High school diploma or GED.

·Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,BusinessAdministration,orequivalentworkexperience.

·Minimum of five (5)years'experienceinfinancialplanningandanalysis.

·Experiencewithdataanalytictools.

·ExpertisewithMicrosoftExcelandfinancialmodeling.

·Collaborativeandservicefocused,comfortableworkingwithemployeesatalllevels.

·Flexibleandadaptiveinarapidlychangingenvironment.

·Self-starter,abilitytoworkindependentlywhileachievingdesiredperformancemetrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

·CPA Designation is an asset.

·Experienceinabusinesswithmonthlyrecurringrevenue.

·Experience in a construction business.

·Experience with Salesforce/Sitetracker.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

·Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.

·Advanced financial modelling

·Advanced skill set with Microsoft excel, familiarity with Anaplan and SQL based software is also a plus

·Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.

·Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

·Ability to work within critical deadlines.

·Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a modern office setting.
