Finance & Grants Manager, growing Seattle non-profit, large Federal grants (HYBRID/North Seattle):
Exciting NEW Finance & Grants Manager opportunity with a flourishing Seattle non-profit. Looking for 5 years of non-profit and grants management experience, particularly experience with large Federal grants ($10M range). Support FP&A, key driver of the budgeting and long-range planning process, track KPI’s and financial performance. Support financial reporting, GAAP accounting. Own grant management – funding, reporting, compliance, audit (work with Federal and 3rd party CPA auditors). Excellent verbal and written communication required. BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related, experience with Adaptive, MIP, Power BI, strong Excel preferred. Comp range to $130K, excellent benefits, HYBRID schedule in North Seattle.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
