We are seeking an Automation Process Improvement Lead to transform engineering workflows, drive AI‑powered automation, develop engineering dashboards, and improve operational visibility across our engineering organization. This role owns the Jira platform, partners with Azure DevOps and GitHub stakeholders, and delivers automation and analytics solutions that enhance engineering productivity and performance.

This role owns the Jira platform, partners with Azure DevOps and GitHub stakeholders, and delivers automation and analytics solutions that enhance engineering productivity and performance.
The Main Course – Responsibilities
- Lead workflow automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI agents.
- Own Jira administration, including workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, and governance.
- Build Power BI dashboards for engineering metrics, SDLC performance, and operational insights.
- Perform data analytics, modeling, and metric standardization across engineering tools.
- Partner with ADO/GitHub owners to align workflows and reporting.
- Improve SDLC and Agile processes; support planning, sprint execution, and release readiness.
- Drive cross‑team engineering initiatives and provide executive‑ready insights.
- 5 years project/program management in engineering or technology.
- Expert‑level Jira Administration experience.
- Advanced Power BI and data analytics skills (DAX, modeling, trend analysis).
- Strong SDLC and Agile methodology knowledge.
- Hands‑on experience developing AI Agents and workflow automation.
- Extensive experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
