Zionsville Community Schools is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the ESC/OSP.
This position will provide a full range of administrative support to the Educational Services Center. Specific duties will include providing outstanding customer service to all visitors of the central office, student enrollment, and communications regularly. This position will also be responsible for providing special project support to the central office and exemplary service to our employees who contact the ESC.
Essential Functions:
- Provide the first point of contact to all visitors to the ESC, screen visitors, and allow access to the building; providing a welcoming and friendly experience.
- Answer all incoming central office phone calls, screen and route accordingly in a professional and friendly manner; ensuring the front desk is covered at all times.
- Work with the Residency Specialist to ensure the accuracy of registration documents; register and enroll all new K-12 students into district PowerSchool software systems.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling of central office conference rooms and meeting spaces, using Eventlink software system calendar. Post the daily schedule in the front lobby. Conduct HVAC and lighting scheduling.
- Assist GROW with occasional care information into EZChild Track software.
- Support the Universal Preschool enrollment process.
- Help families with PowerSchool: creating accounts, updating passwords, and completing annual registration.
- Make badges for various groups. Keep badge supplies available and stocked.
- Assist with business card printing for administrators.
- Manage the safe visitor passes for HS Tutors daily.
- Be aware and adhere to safety guidelines.
