Purpose: The office administrator will serve Zion Lutheran Church as the first point of contact for members, visitors and guests. The office administrator will perform office duties to support the pastoral staff and the ministry of the church. The office administrator will handle the administrative work of the church and its ministries.
Primary Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with the pastoral staff, council, committees, members and visitors in a manner that is helpful, courteous and professional
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Support the worship life of the congregation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.75 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
