Tooling Technician Lead

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a prominent client in Smithville, TN is seeking a skilled Tooling Technician Lead being responsible for overseeing daily tooling operations, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of tooling systems. This role supports production goals by coordinating tooling activities, supervising technicians, and driving quality and efficiency standards.

Tooling Technician Lead Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
• 5 years of tooling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools
• Experience with die maintenance, stamping, and troubleshooting
