Sample Project Manager
Location: Somerset, NJ
Pay Range: $28 - $32 per hour DOE

Leading fragrance manufacturer located in Somerset, NJ is in need of a Project Manager to join the team!

The project coordinator is the primary owner of fragrance submission projects for their assigned Salesperson and accounts, managing all logistical, operational, and administrative tasks from initial brief to final sample shipment.

Duties:

• Manage fragrance sampling projects from inception through final shipment for assigned accounts
• Review and process daily project submissions with strong attention to detail
• Track project timelines and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks
• Coordinate sample preparation, including oil pulls, bottle filling, labeling, and packaging
• Perform quality checks on samples, including color, clarity, odor strength, and label accuracy
• Handle domestic and international shipping logistics, including tracking and documentation
• Maintain accurate project records and status updates in internal systems
• Serve as the communication hub between Sales, Perfumery, Regulatory, Marketing, and Lab teams
• Support client communication regarding project details, approvals, and shipping instructions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable working in a fragrance/lab environment and handling odor chemicals
