Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other designated channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-up.
- Partner with Account Managers on customer meetings and provide operational insights that support long-term customer success.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve service levels and inventory planning.
- Process customer orders accurately and manage the order fulfillment process from entry through delivery.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or potential issues.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, and other internal teams to resolve order-related challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Monitor key performance metrics including order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the customer experience.
- Recommend improvements to processes, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in cross-functional training to broaden business knowledge and capabilities.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office. (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
- Hybrid schedule with four days onsite each week.
- Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on business needs.
