Responsibilities & Requirements

• Perform destructive/non-destructive testing on raw materials and finished goods
• Conduct mechanical, thermal, and chemical property tests (e.g., flexural, tensile, DSC, viscosity, gel time)
• Evaluate coatings and adhesives (solvent, water-based, UV-cured)
• Manage QC systems, documentation, and sample archiving
• Support lab operations and collaborate with production teams
  
  

Required:

• Technical training or degree 3 years’ experience
• CTT Certification (ACMA)
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software
  
  

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree or higher
• Experience with fiberglass reinforcements and thermoset resin systems
• Familiarity with lab equipment and testing protocols
