Ready to put your attention to detail to work where it actually matters? We’re hiring a Payment Processor to join a fast-paced, high-volume operation where accuracy is king and efficiency pays off.

• Pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Hours may flex based on daily volume. Busy days run later, lighter days could have you heading out as early as 2 or 3 PM. Not bad, right?
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Essential Duties Include

• Sorting, opening, organizing, and scanning incoming mail using high-speed OPEX scanners
• Packaging processed remittances for client and/or bank delivery
• Processing accounts according to client specifications
• Meeting established production and accuracy standards
• Assisting with additional duties as assigned by leadership
• Cross-training across roles or departments as needed to support business operations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of payment processing experience OR experience in a HIPAA-compliant facility OR experience with a financial institution OR lockbox experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and work with limited supervision
• High school diploma required
